Paid services such as lighting surveys, compliance reports, and consulting are contracted separately through individual engagement agreements and are not governed by these terms.
Free tools are informational only
Our compliance checker and related tools are based on publicly available NYC Department of Buildings data. Results are approximate, may not reflect recent changes or building-specific circumstances, and are not legal advice, financial advice, or official DOB determinations. Consult a qualified professional before making compliance decisions.
LuxNet is not liable for any actions taken or not taken based on the results of our free tools.
Intellectual property
Content on the LuxNet website is the property of LuxNet Controls LLC or our licensors. You may view and share links to our content, but you may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from it without written permission. Public NYC Department of Buildings data referenced in our tools is not proprietary to LuxNet.
